Quabbin Gate 35 – ABNC Trip with Brookline Bird Club

On Friday, September 10th, the Athol Bird and Nature Club was joined by the Brookline Bird Club on a co-sponsored walk through Quabbin Reservoir’s Gate 35.

Highlights were many migrant warblers like Chestnut-sided Warber, Magnolia Warbler, Black-throated Green along with Red-necked Grebe, Bald Eagle and a Merlin repeatedly dive-bombing a Ring-billed Gull!
